In Support of The Canadian Cancer Society

Written by CG Blogger | Dec 5, 2016 3:07:00 AM

In October 2016, Control Gap donated $5,000 to FCT in support of The Canadian Cancer Society's Relay for Life.

In November, Gary Gallacher, CIO at FCT, and a representative from the Canadian Cancer Society presented Control Gap with a plaque honouring the donation, signed by Mark Hierlihy, Executive Director of The Canadian Cancer Society of Ontario. You can find the live action on Twitter here.

The Relay for Life began in the United Sates in 1985 and was then introduced in Canada. This event is important to our organization as we are aware of how many Canadians are affected by this disease and how many need our support. There are numerous volunteer and donation options if you are looking to get involved. Find out how your contributions can help here.

We thank both of the supporting organizations in this post!
